WAREHOUSE & LOGISTIC OFFICER

Job responsibilities

Responsible for the supervision and direction of all daily activities in the warehouse for all activities carried out effectively and efficiently, in accordance with policies, procedures and company standards in the field of supply, work environment and environment to achieve production targets.

Monitor the availability of stock items and optimize warehouse capacity to ensure there is no stock shortage that can interfere
Monitor the process of checking the specifications of the goods that arrive at the warehouse to ensure the condition of the goods that arrive at the warehouse for storage
Supervise the condition of the warehouse that is feasible and suitable for storage in accordance with the type of goods to maintain the condition of the goods stored in the warehouse
Make an effective and efficient goods storage system so that it can be run properly to facilitate the search for items needed
Make an inventory system & record the entry and exit of goods from the warehouse to expedite operational activities and make inventory data reports on spare parts and non-spare parts periodically
Managing Petty Cash in accordance with directives from superiors and coordinating with Jakarta procurement related to the collection of daily necessities.
Applying QHSE to its work area, conducting inspections, making and validating inspection reports
Help distribute goods to workshops or fields.
Make a Timesheet report for Team Drilling every month, record employee leave and field breaks and help input and submit employee medical claims.
Make recapitulation and operational expenses expenditure reports

Job requirement

Min Bachelor Degree from All Major
Min 3 years experience in Warehouse / Inventory
Strong competencies in inventory management and warehouse management
Willing to be located at Adaro Site in South Kalimantan
