GEOLOGY STUDY & PROJECT DEPARTMENT HEAD

Job responsibilities

Plan and carry out geological study activities and lead geological projects including drilling operations and other assigned projects, to obtain high value results in accordance with the targets provided by Adaro Management and Client.

Ensure the implementation of the HSE procedure for each project under the Geology Study & Project Department
Make a budget and plan and manage the implementation of AJI projects including drilling operations
Plan and carry out geological studies for the assets of Adaro Group
Coordinate and communicate with clients
Ensure verification of drilling data, geophysical logging, coal analysis, and other third party services related to billing from vendors
Checking purchase requests for the needs of related projects
Conduct due diligent activities for possible acquisition of coal assets and conduct studies on these assets
Review data on new regional geological data and study the potential for developing Adaro Group's energy business

Job requirement

Bachelor Degree in Geological Engineering
Min 15 years total experience as Senior Geologist in coal exploration drilling area (include 3 years experience as a Manager)
Strong competencies in interpretation of geological data, coal quality analysis, project management, and geology software
Pengawas Operational Pertama (POP) certification is required.
