Edwin Soeryadjaya was awarded as the Indonesian Entrepreneur of the year 2010 by Ernst & Young

Saratoga Group’s Chairman and President Commissioner of Adaro Energy, Edwin Soeryadjaya, was awarded as the Indonesian Entrepreneur Of The Year 2010 by Ernst & Young.

The event was attended and announced by Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Ernst & Young, Giuseppe Nicolosi, on Thursday, November 25th, 2010.

“All finalists were selected due to their significant contribution to this country by bringing their corporate to the success level today,” said Nicolosi.

According to Nicolosi, entrepreneurs have also motivated the next generation of entrepreneurs and thereby enrich the entrepreneurial culture found in Indonesia.

Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year is one of the leading business awards program in Indonesia and the only business awards program in the country that has an international basis.

 

The award was first offered in the United States in 1986 and in Indonesia in 2001.

Winners of awards from Indonesia will join the same award-winning entrepreneur from 50 other countries to follow the award Ernst & Young World Entrepreneur of the Year in Monte Carlo, June 2011.
