Job responsibilities

Undertake the recruitment and placement process of employees in accordance with the plan to add employees based on company policies and applicable government regulations so that needed employees are available and fulfill the right position
Conduct a review of the submission of annual promotions.
Coordinate with other departments and external parties.

Job requirement

Minimum education of S1 Psychology.
Min 3 years working experience in recruiment process.
Have strong skill in interview, negotiation, analytical, and organizational development.
Good communication skill and organized
