Job responsibilities

• Monitor shore leave and annual leave crew schedules on the ship to prevent overdue leave crew on the ship.
• Register the needs of goods needed in the Floating Crane and make homework to be forwarded to the Purchasing Section to support the availability of work needs and daily needs of the crew at the Terminal and to follow up the progress of ordering goods to the purchasing team.
• Make daily terminal activity data (barge movements, barges in and out, floating crane movements, drill safety reports) as material for making monthly reports and compare them with data held by PBMM so that accurate monthly reports are available.
• Monitor quantitiy barge that will be loaded onto large vessels to be recorded and delivered to the Port Captain in Taboneo.
• Make fuel and fresh water requests for needs in the Floating Crane based on data from the Engine Room Head so that the Floating Crane can operate smoothly.
• Make a terminal meeting minutes so that the meeting results are recorded properly to be followed up.
• Check the supply of goods sent by the Logistics every week to ensure the supply of goods that come in accordance with demand.
