EXTERNAL RELATION SUPPORT OFFICER

Job responsibilities

To standarize, identify, monitor, measure all aspect of ERD obhective and budget implementation in PDCA.

Facilitattion ERD organization for develop budgeting, objective, KPI, and work program (1/5 year plan)
Develop annual ERD's calender of event
Monitoring, collecting, analyze and reporting the implementation of budgeting, objective, KPI and work program / Project in periodically
Conduct internal coordination with ERD's member, business unit or related function for ERD's project support request
Develop work standardization in management system documents
Socialize corporate's new policy / procedure that related to ERD

Job requirement

Bachelor Degree in Political Science, Engineering, Communications, Journalism, Management or related field
Have min GPA 3.00
Have min 5 years experience in External Relation / Strategic PLanning - PDCA
Have good skills in management System Development, Enterprise risk management, project management
Good communication and negotiation skill
Good PDCA, reporting and presentation skill
Good English is a must
