HYDROSEEDING & NURSERY OPERATION SECTION HEAD

Job responsibilities

Doing construction of new facilities hydroseeding and nursery as well as coordination and implementation of hydroseeding and nursery work with enterprise customers.

Prepare and make a plan for the construction of hydroseeding and nursery facilities
Responsible for the preparation of necessary permits related to the construction of hydroseeding & nursery facilities
Regulate the procurement of vendors, consultants, suppliers and labor necessary to support the development activities of hydroseeding and nursery infrastructure.
Responsible for the regulation of hydroseeding formula, regulation of labor, monitoring seeds, monitoring progress work so that the company's operational activities run smoothly.

Job requirement

Bachelor Degree in Agronomy / Forestry with min GPA 3.00
Have min 8 years experience in Hydroseeding and/or Nursery area
Competencies required: Hydroseeding Management, Nursery Management, Forestry Management, and Project Management
Good leadership and interpersonal skills
Good communication and negotiation skills
