Section Head Engineering

Job responsibilities

Ensure that engineering strategies and processes are in place to meet business objectives and operational needs in terms of price, quality and delivery targets
Develop planning and prioritize processes to ensure that multi-disciplinary resource is well alligned to maximize delivery of projects
Manage the budget from identification to completion of projects
Responsible for developing the appropriate organizational structure, resource plans and culture to support the business objective and customer deliverables
Ensure strong communication between teams under leadership to facilitate exchange of information and in order to implement change and improvement

Job requirement

ENGINEERING SECTION HEAD (Code : SH-ENG)

Qualification :

Max. 40 years old
Bachelor degree related
5-8 years experience as a section head or manager in open pit coal mining area and related position
A first class blasting certificate & POP License would be an advantage
Certificated in Minescape or SURPAC
Willing to be placed in our site project
